Background
Mikasa Events was established in 2007 to provide entertainment services for private, corporate and charity functions. From weddings to product launches, birthday parties to charity balls our staff have over 10 years experience letting you have every confidence on the day.
Our Events
Mikasa can provide independent DJ, lighting and special effects services through to complete event management; a fully rounded service covering every aspect of planning, onsite coordination and post event evaluation. We cover all of the events listed below but if you're working on any other ideas simply run them by us and we'll work together to help you make them a success.

DJ Services
Music can make or break an event. We will meet you or telephone in advance to discuss your music preferences as well as visiting the venue to assess the sound requirements. You are welcome to provide CDs or a list of desired (and undesired!) tunes to ensure a personal touch which caters perfectly for your guests. We carry a wide selection of music and will take requests in person or by text on the night - if we don't already have it we'll download it on the spot using our mobile internet connection.
During the pre-event briefing we will also ask you about dress code so we can match the tone you're aiming for.
We use the latest sound and lighting equipment and have full public liability insurance.
Using professional light and sound equipment, we are able to cater for all party and event ideas you may have. Our experienced DJs will make sure your event is one to remember.
