How We Work

Once a booking has been made we will make an appointment, at your convenience, to discuss your individual requirements. Once confirmed, you will be sent a booking contract outlining our commitment, services and charges which you will be asked to sign and return.

If your venue is new to us we will organise a site visit with venue staff to ensure our sound and lighting provision is perfect for your occasion.

Approximately one month before the event we will contact you again to confirm the arrangements, discuss your playlist needs and address any last minute requests. You are of course welcome to contact us at any other time with any questions or queries you may have.

On the day of your function we will arrive and setup at an appropriate time agreed with you in advance.
