For many guests, the reception will be their whole experience of your wedding. There are many ways to make it stand out and to share more of the overall experience with them, whether it’s a barbeque under the stars or a formal ball.

The right music can make an event and this is our greatest strength. Music is our passion and together we can create exactly the atmosphere you want. From rat-pack crooners to cheesy dance numbers and sing-along anthems, it's your day and it's your choice. Tell us your ideas or leave song selection to us; either way we’d love to help make your celebration a night to remember.

In association with your photographer or your guests, flat-screen TVs can show photos of your day allowing everyone to catch up on what’s been going on.

One way to add sparkle to your first dance, or to set evening celebrations off with a bang, is with a timed confetti or glitter launch.

Background music can set the mood through a drinks reception or dinner.
For a large gathering, a subtle PA system with wireless microphones will ensure speeches easily reach your guests and voices are saved for catching up with everyone later!

All-in-all, your reception is a time for you and your guests to relax and have fun. The most important thing we’ll remember is that this is your day and it’ll probably be one of the most important of your life. We can provide any or all of the above plus more.

What if I like what I've heard?

Then talk us through what you have in mind and we’ll form a quote. You can call, email or meet us face-to-face if you’d prefer.

If you like the quote, simply confirm your booking with a 25% deposit by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We’ll provide an invoice, receipt, and booking contract outlining our commitment & services.

If your venue’s new to us, we'll organise a visit to ensure that what we’re providing fits perfectly. Then, approximately a month before the wedding, we’ll arrange to meet you and your bride or groom at your convenience. This can be for as long as you need to finalise your individual requirements. We’ll look to re-confirm your music choices, timings and dress code and talk through any last minute requests.

We are of course around at any other time too if you have queries or requests. The balance of your payment can be paid in instalments or in full 30-days before the event and again we’ll provide invoices and receipts as appropriate.

Pricing

Your wedding is individual and as such we’ll cost it based on what you tell us you want. That doesn’t mean we’re expensive! It just means we provide exactly what you want and you don’t pay for anything extra.

Don’t forget we can combine any of the services or equipment above to create the atmosphere you want. Also, if there’s anything we haven’t mentioned or you’ve an idea but don’t know how to make it happen – ask us.

Factors you should consider include the length of your function, the size of your venue, its location and the limits of your imagination.
